If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Request a Refund

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund—whichever you prefer.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. We’ll always specify this on the product page where relevant.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
