1. Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:

in its original condition

with all tags attached

in the original packaging

accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — they will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will send you a return label (where applicable) and full instructions.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives.
If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us straight away so we can put it right.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are non-returnable:

Custom or personalised products

Made-to-order pieces

Sale items

Gift cards

Hazardous materials or flammable items (if applicable to your store)
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, email us and we’ll advise.

4. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and then place a new order once your return is approved.

5. EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to an address within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must still be returned in their original, unused condition with proof of purchase.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
